Set Up Pick-Up on Location
To use a 'Pick-Up on Location' shipping method, you need to follow the steps below:
- Add a 'Pick-Up on Location' shipping method.
- Link the method to an 'Afosto Shipping Label Provider' integration.
- Check your locations.
- Set up 'Pick-Up on Location' in your sales channel.
Add Pick-Up on Location Shipping Method
- In the Afosto management environment, go to Shipments > Shipping Methods.
- Click the button: Add.
- Select the carrier: Afosto.
- Select the Zone: The zone where your items can be picked up. Or add a new one.
- Change the name in the default display: for example, to 'Pick-Up on Location'.
- Set the rest of the default display (optional).
- Optionally, add translations.
- Finally, enable the 'Pick-Up Point' option in the options.
Link Afosto Shipping Label Provider App
- After adding the method, you will be redirected to Shipments > Shipping Methods.
- Press the button in the 'Provider' column: Link.
- Select or link a new Afosto shipping label provider integration.

Check Locations
A location can only be a pickup location if the address and opening hours are filled in. Therefore, it is important to check the location details carefully.
- In the Afosto management environment, go to My Organization > My Locations.
- Select the location you want to use as a pickup location.
- Make sure the address and opening hours are fully filled in.
Set Up Pick-Up on Location
- In the Afosto management environment, go to Sales Channels.
- Select the sales channel for which you want to set up pick-up on location.
- In the sales channel, go to Logistics > Pick-Up on Location.
- Enable Pick-Up on Location.
- Add the pick-up locations where your customers can pick up orders at locations.
